Sunday School after Easter
Our aim is to provide Sunday school every Sunday, despite the fact that some Sundays we have no children attending. To be safeguarding compliant we need to have two adults present with the children. You do not need any special training or expertise in order to do this on an occasional basis. If you would be willing occasionally to be the second person in the room for Sunday school, please sign the rota at the back of church.
Rota for Helping with Genesis
We still have no regular helper for Genesis. If you would be willing occasionally to help Valerie leading our Young People’s Group, there is another rota at the back of church to sign up!
More help needed for St Michael’s Toddler Group
Our St Michael’s Toddler Group is small, but appreciated by those who come, and it makes an important link with local families. Our team of leaders and helpers has been depleted recently for various reasons, so we now urgently need some more people to help us run the group.
Help needed for some dates in May and June
We may have to close our Toddler group for some sessions in May and June unless we can find some leaders able to take responsibility for the group. The session runs from 9.30 – 11.00 am on Thursdays. We arrive to set up at 9.00 am and usually leave by around 11.30 am. If you might be able to help please contact me (Diana) for further information.
